Jim Kaskade brings to Conversica a wealth of experience leading companies and growing revenues from $50M to $1B. Prior to joining Conversica, he served as the CEO of Janrain, a customer identity and access management SaaS company, serving the enterprise global 2000, which was acquired by Akamai Technologies in January 2019. Prior to Janrain, Jim was the Vice President and General Manager for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), one of the largest global IT service providers, where he was responsible for a P&L of $1B revenue, leading a 7,000-employee business unit responsible for advanced big data and analytic operations. Prior to that, Jim was responsible for a P&L of $250M revenue and leading a 1,000-employee business unit responsible for advanced big data and analytic applications. Prior to CSC, he was the CEO of a Big Data Cloud company where he grew revenues of $50M plus.

Eron Sunando is Chief Revenue Officer at Conversica. In his current role, Eron is focused on building a world class partner ecosystem to drive continuous innovation and success for Conversica, its customers and partners. Prior to Conversica, Eron worked at Salesforce where he was a VP in the Commerce Cloud product strategy & growth team, working with Salesforce’s customers and partners to imagine and design their industry transformation possibilities and strategies towards a more customer-centric and scalable digital business. Eron has held various senior positions in sales, consulting, operations and technology management roles. He has extensive international work experience spanning the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan in different industries and roles over the last 20 years.

Dillon brings to Conversica deep expertise in Customer Experience design for fast-growing pre-IPO SAAS companies rooted in loyalty-driven retention and expansion. Before joining Conversica, Ella ran Global Customer Support and Global Customer Success at Outreach.io, supporting their growth through $150M in revenue. Previous to that, Dillon was Vice President of Success Strategy and Operations for DocuSign, taking them from a single product, North American business through IPO. Ella is a graduate of Princeton University with executive education from Stanford University Graduate Hasso Plattner Institute of Design as well as the University of Washington and serves on the Governing Board of the Pacific Science Center.

Dedicated to the success of customers and partners, Mark Jancola is applying almost three decades of engineering, product, and business leadership in extending Conversica’s offerings, architecture, innovation, and operations. Most recently, Mark was head of global R&D at Apptio Inc, the leader in technology business management solutions. Over a ten year period, Mark built the team, the products, and the operations necessary for Apptio to go from startup to one of the fastest growing, successful enterprise software companies in history. Previously, Mark was VP of Engineering at HP Software, overseeing worldwide R&D activities in the Business Service Automation division (700+ engineers). Prior to HP, Mark held engineering leadership roles at Opsware, Midstream Technologies, Cisco Systems, and Active Voice Corp. Mark holds an MBA and BSEE from the University of Washington. He is a regular guest lecturer at the UW, a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the UW College of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), and a speaker at industry / technical conferences.

David has over 20 years of experience as a Marketing and Go-To-Market leader with deep expertise in building high-growth organizations that disrupt the ‘old way’ of doing things. He is deeply passionate about leveraging technologies to create significant step-changes in the business. Prior to joining Conversica, David was the CMO at Act-On Software where he was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the Marketing and Product functions. Prior to this role, David has held numerous senior executive positions across groundbreaking organizations such as Jive Software, Airship and Liveops. David holds a BS, History from Colorado College.

Rafael has more than 20 years experience driving talent acquisition and human resources functions in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Conversica, Rafael was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) the leading provider of Cloud Based Networking Solutions where he built a staffing organization responsible for Arista’s explosive hiring of Engineering and Sales top talent. Prior to Arista, Rafael held senior level HR and Staffing management positions at Vocera, 3PAR/HP and Apple. He was instrumental in shaping the culture, HR department, and staffing functions to help scale several companies through successful IPOs. Rafael holds an M.S. in Organization Development from Cal State East Bay and a B.A. from University of California, San Diego.

Lewis Barr has more than 20 years of experience providing legal and compliance leadership at growing tech companies. He appreciates the daily opportunity to inform, implement, and advance best practices to support business growth and manage risk. Most recently, Lewis was VP of Legal, Security and Compliance at a customer data platform SaaS company, Lytics, where he built out its data protection and privacy programs. Prior to Lytics, he was General Counsel at an identity and access management SaaS company, Janrain (now Akamai Technologies), where he led the company’s global compliance efforts. Lewis also was General Counsel and Secretary at the e-discovery services company, Fios (now Epiq Systems), and General Counsel at a broadband networking solutions company, New Edge Networks (now EarthLink). Before going in-house, Lewis worked in private practice as a litigator in California state and federal courts. He began his legal career as a staff attorney with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in Gabon. He holds a B.S. degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law.
